Plug-in charger for maintenance free lead acid batteries (including Gel filled and VRLA) from 2 - 24V (2/6/12/24V) and from 2-24 Ah.
Adjusts automatically to the voltage of the lead acid battery to be charged. The corresponding LED displays the voltage of the battery.
With IU-characteristic curve. Overcharging protection and trickle charge. Protection against short-circuit and reverse-connect .
Includes crocodile clips to contact the rechargeable lead acid battery. The unit is suitable for stand-by as well as parallel operation of lead acid/sealed lead acid batteries.

Great Charger and service This charger was swiftly delivered and is so simple to use. Yes the charger does get warm but that is to be expected if charging for 15 hours plus. Highly recommended as a versatile charger. And great service from Tantronics also. Jon
Very clever charger This has been on for about a month on both a tired 12V lawmower battery and then on a standby 2.3AH 24V gel unit (both of course lead acid). On continuous charge the red LED shows the charge rate increases as soon as a discharge current is drawn it but returns to trickle charge when full. Nick

Good charger The first unit that I was sent didn't work but this was promptly replaced with one that charges small SLA batteries - which is all I need from it!
The perfect charger for Sealed Lead Acid batteries I bought this charger to maintain the charge of my 12V 7.2Ah SLA battery. I'm glad that this charger automatically trickle charges the battery once its full in order to maintain the charge level. This doesn't shorten the life of the battery. Plug in and forget. Perfect for the job I used the battery charger with a 12v 7Ah gelcel to power my amateur transceiver when I was in the Faroe Islands last month with no problems at all. As I was backpacking the lightweight charger was perfect for the job; I could charge my battery overnight in the campsite kitchen. Nigel
