The Ansmann Energy 8 PLUS is a professional quality desk top battery charger capable of charging 6 x AAA batteries, 6 x AA batteries, 4 x C batteries, 4 x D size batteries and 2 PP3 batteries in various combinations.

The Ansmann Energy 8 PLUS can be used throughout the world, as it has a switch mode power supply built in allowing it to operate from 100 - 240V AC at 50-60Hz, it even has both a UK AND Euro style plug included.

The Ansmann Energy 8 PLUS provides advanced individual charge control using the Ansmann "5 Way Protection System" with LED charge indicators for each battery position, including the PP3.   Great charger from Mervphotography  Hello i bought this charger to charge my Powerex 11000mAh D batteries which it charge them within 13 to 14hours long, long charge is the bests charge, highly recommend, "buy it" this is my third charger and all of my photographers have Ansmanns chargers no complains. 10/10   Merv

  Good charger  An all round great charger. The automated battery conditioning helps keep my batteries at max performance.   J

  No problems  Very good service, quick delivery. Charger itself is working perfectly, although its been only 2 months since I bought it.   

  Quite expensive, but seems to be very good  Thought long and hard before buying this charger, but am glad I did. Being able to gauge the condition of batteries to group 'like' ones together is really useful. Also, this charger is simple enough to use for my young daughters to fathom out and comply!   Andrew

  Excellent charger and fast, efficient service  I got tired of constantly buying batteries for Wii remotes and my little digital camera (with its Mr Creosote-sized appetite for batteries) so after much research, I bought this charger and 8 Ansmann rechargeable AA batteries.   Excellent product, versatile and fast charging    

  Brilliant - very impressed   As I have absolutely no idea about batteries or battery chargers, I rang tantronics who patiently answered all my questions. Initially I received a faulty charger and I was immediately sent out a new charger the very same day. Excellent product and excellent customer service.   

  A truly reliable and versatile charger.  I have used many chargers over the last 20 years; this is first one I really trust. It’s quick but never cooks batteries, spots duff cells and just keeps doing the right thing. I use a Digispeed 4 when I need power fast, but the Ansmann Energy 8 is kinder and smarter.   Paul Lund
