Our Philosophy

Customer service is very important to us and so we don't believe in hiding anything from our customers. As part of this philosophy, you will notice that all our prices INCLUDE VAT and that our standard delivery rate is very reasonable and is shown on every page. We believe this is a price that reflects our average costs and is something many of our competitors charge much more for and try to hide, often resulting in a nasty shock at the checkout!

You will also find that faster shipping options are available for only a small additional charge, we don't try to make money out of delivering the products!

We have seen some competitors charging £3.95, just to get you order out in 2 - 3 days & £6.95 if you want it to leave the same day & it still take a week to get to you, we think this is unfair and just a way of increasing revenues without many customers realising.
Just about everything listed will be in stock unless specified, but if you need a battery, charger or cable and can't find it listed, then CONTACT US with your requirements and we will see if we can find it for you.

About Tantronics

Tantronics is a small family run company, set up in 1997. Our first product was a high quality aluminium pointer for use with the Psion Series 5 palmtop computer which we designed ourselves. Our product range then grew to incorporate many of the items that Psion users wanted, including batteries and chargers.

These batteries and chargers then gave us a foot hold in the Digital Camera market, allowing us to expand our product range further, incorporating Flash Memory, Power Adaptors and cases.
