So whatever you decide to buy, you at least know you will have no problems returning it or replacing it should it not be exactly what you want. Please read on for the full terms of this returns policy, but we have tried to keep them fair and reasonable - and as short as we can!

General Things To Know

  1. Always contact us first to ensure your returns are handled properly and quickly

  2. Keep all your packaging till you are sure you are completely happy with your items, this can often be reused should you need to return your purchase

  3. If returning items you need to take Reasonable Care of them, so please ensure the item you received is the one you want BEFORE opening and using it.
Customer service is very important to us, we will always do our utmost to ensure your returns are handled quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

Changed Your Mind

If you receive your item and decide you don't like the colour, shape, size, or any other aspect then you are welcome to return it to us and get a full refund, including your initial delivery costs (but excluding the cost of returning the item). All we ask is that you:
  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

  2. Return it to us within 14 Days of contacting us

  3. Take Reasonable Care of the item and treat it as you would if you were looking at it in a shop. Please note, this does not mean you can Test an item, or open sealed packaging as neither of these things would be reasonably expected when shopping in a high street shop.

Please understand that we cannot accept under this part of the guarantee, a return of an item that has been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts. If our returns department cannot accept your return, you will be contacted with an explanation and given the option of having the item returned back to you, or having it accepted as a Used or Incomplete Return

Please ensure the returned item is packed safely and securely and that your returns number is written clearly on the outside on the parcel, this will help us process your return quickly.

It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the returned item and as such we recommend you use a signed for delivery method, we cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit.

Once your item is received and approved for refund, we will refund your full payment including any initial delivery charges but excluding your return postage cost.

The initial delivery can only be refunded if the whole order is returned, so if you order 4 items but return one then the delivery charge does not get refunded.

Used or Incomplete Returns

If you receive your item and decide you don't like the colour, shape, size, or any other aspect, but have used, lost the instructions, or opened sealed packaging first, then we may still be able to accept it as a return for a partial refund or replacement. All we ask is that you contact us Within 16 Days with details to allow us to estimate the level of refund we will be able to offer. This will usually be between 50% - 100% of the cost depending on the condition.

Please ensure the returned item is packed safely and securely and that your returns number is written clearly on the outside on the parcel, this will help us process your return quickly.

It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the returned item and as such we recommend you use a signed for delivery method, we cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit.

Once your item is received it will be evaluated to establish the level of refund that can be offered, at this point you will be contacted and advised of the figure. You will then have the option of accepting this figure or having the item sent back.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item has developed a fault within its guarantee period, then please contact us giving full details of the fault. Once we have reviewed this information we will advise you of the best options. If this requires the item to be returned to us, then please ensure the returned item is packed safely and securely and that your returns number is written clearly on the outside on the parcel, this will help us process your return quickly.

It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the returned item and as such we recommend you use a signed-for delivery method, we cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit.

Once the item is received we will either test and inspect it here, or for items requiring a more technical analysis, we will return it to the manufacturer for them to test. If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault, it will be either repaired or replaced as appropriate.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any fault that is judged to be caused by improper use or abuse, or for any item that has not been treated with reasonable care. If this is judged to be the case, you will be contacted with an explanation and given the option of having the item returned back to you for an additional charge.

Our normal money back guarantee does not apply to these special offer items, the following applies for these items.

You have 7 days from receipt to decide if you want to keep the items, if for any reason you want to return them you are welcome to do so. We will give you a full refund for the item, including the initial delivery charge but not the costs to get the item back to us.

Refund Timescale

We will usually refund your payment on the same day that we receive the items, but will always have processed the refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned item or confirmation of a fault.

Statutory rights

These policies do not affect your statutory rights in any way and are designed to offer you greater piece of mind and security.
