Good Product with Fast Delivery

Well informed staff and a very prompt delivery service. Tantronic exceeded my high expectation.

My purchase started with an on line query about rechargeable batteries. I felt rather a novice asking such a basic question but the answer I received was informative, clear and non patronising. I felt like I fully understood about capacity letters/numbers on batteries and could therefore make an informed choice. The next part was then simple, I simply chose my product from Tantronics and it arrived quicker than expected. First class service all round. Much appreciated.

I was looking for advice on rechargeable batteries and emailed a few companies via Google. Only David from Tantronics answered. His explanation about the capacity abbreviation enabled me to make an informed choice.

I have made several purchases from Tantronics and have no complaints. They have always provided an excellant service.

I've used this site before in regards to purchasing something similar. I chose to use them again, as I remembered they had good prices and general service.

Although nobody told me of Tantronics, by writing the products information on the net, your name just came out. I believe you are more organized and you make things easy for busy customers through detailed description of your goods e.g, product specificity, amount including VAT, discounts available, any guarantees. There is no need for a shop assistant. I am glad i have found what i wanted and i will inform more others who do not know of such a first class service to try their luck with you. Keep it up.

This was my first purchase from Tantronics and I am extremely happy with both their product and their service. Although this was not the largest purchase in the world I would not hesitate to recomend them to my friends.

When I phoned to order a previous purchase, the staff member was knowledgable, polite and helpful. The website is clear and the prices are reasonable, especially the postage. Recently I was horrified to find another company charging around £8 postage just for a small camera card.

Had hard to find item

It is difficult if not impossible to find a firm which will wilingly provide what is essential in any transaction, customer service and attention to detailed needs. Got both with Tantronics and they are permanently installed in my Bookmark area. Well recommended.

Competitive pricing on items I was looking for (rechargeable batteries/charger). BUT having spent in excess of £100 I would have hoped for free standard delivery! £1.99 is not too out rageous though.
