Delivery Options and Schedules

All items in our site are IN-STOCK unless detailed otherwise. If you order your items by 3:00 pm they will be shipped the same day (Monday - Friday), though we can often take orders up to 4:00 pm and still get them out the same day. If you MUST have your item in less than 1 week we strongly recommend selecting the NEXT DAY option. We may at our discretion upgrade your delivery method to one that is faster or more secure than the one you have chosen.

Standard Delivery (Usually 3 - 7 days) - £1.99

Our Standard delivery service is usually sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post or Standard Parcels depending on the size and weight.
This is not a Guaranteed delivery service and may take longer to arrive.

First Class Delivery (Usually 1 - 3 days) - £2.99

The first class upgrade is available for smaller items up to 2.0Kg.
This is not a Guaranteed delivery service and may take longer to arrive.

Next Day Delivery (Not Saturday) - £5.99 (Up to 5Kg) £8.99 (5Kg - 10Kg)

This service should be delivered on the Next Business Day by 17:30 and will usually come by Royal Mail Special Delivery or City-Link Courier. For orders that weigh more than 10Kg, there is a £0.50 surcharge per Kg.
These costs may be different for deliveries outside the UK mainland.

Next Morning Delivery (Not Saturday) - £10.00 (Up to 5Kg) £15.00 (5Kg - 10Kg)

This service should be delivered the Next Business Day by 12:00 and will usually come by City-Link Courier. For orders that weigh more than 10Kg, there is a £0.50 surcharge per Kg.

Next Afternoon Delivery (Not Saturday) - £10.00 (Up to 5Kg) £15.00 (5Kg - 10Kg)

This service should be delivered the Next Business Day between 12:00 and 17:30 and will usually come by City-Link Courier. For orders that weigh more than 10Kg, there is a £0.50 surcharge per Kg.

Next Day Delivery Before 9:30 (Not Saturday)

This service should be delivery before 9:30 the next day to most parts of the UK. This will usually cost between £12.50 and £20.00 extra.

Saturday Delivery - £20.00 (Up to 5Kg) £25.00 (5Kg - 10Kg)

This service should be delivered on Saturday by 12:00 and will usually come by City-Link Courier. For orders that weigh more than 10Kg, there is a £0.50 surcharge per Kg.

Overseas Shipments

We can deliver outside the UK, but there is a small additional charge which is made clear once you get to the checkout.
